Spotlight: Sunset Millennium Project
City of West Hollywood

This project involves a mixed-use development providing new retail and restaurant space, new residential towers and a new hotel. The Sunset Millennium Project is located along the “Sunset Strip” and is within the Sunset Specific Plan. The development consists of three parcels; the “West” parcel (constructed) includes 178,550 square feet of office, retail and restaurant space; the “Middle” parcel is approved for two residential towers with retail and restaurant space on the ground floor; the “East” parcel is approved for two hotel towers. The overall square footage for all three parcels is 705,790 square feet, as well as approximately 6,000 square feet of outdoor dining area. Parking for the development will be provided in a subterranean parking structure with access from Sunset Boulevard, La Cienega Boulevard and Alta Loma Drive, with approximately 1,399 parking spaces.
