Our Brownbag Lunchtime Training program (get it — BLT?) is the answer to your question about how public agencies can provide professional development with ever decreasing budgets. We understand it can be a challenge when staff spends time away from your office, traveling offsite and paying for registration and material fees for professional development. So, the Lilley Planning Group developed our BLT's — 1½ hour lunchtime training in which our team comes to you with all the materials your staff needs. We can accommodate up to 20 people and also provide drinks and dessert. All you have to do is order your topic and invite your staff to a learning lunch.
