The Lilley Planning Group is excited to announce the expansion of our services to Northern California.
For quite some time, we have been asked to provide planning consulting services to the North. As much as we have wanted to grow in this region, we felt it was important to have all the necessary pieces in place (an outstanding manager, local professional team, internal capabilities, etc.) before we offered LPG services in this region.

So we are thrilled to say we now are now offering Northern California the same outstanding service that Southern California has grown to expect from our firm.

We are especially pleased to welcome Mr. Konradt Bartlam to the LPG team. Rad Bartlam has nearly 30 years experience in municipal planning, development entitlement, and organizational management. During his career in the public and private sectors, Rad has been responsible for the successful development of over 500 projects throughout California. His principal areas of knowledge and expertise include the following:

• Public sector planning – project management, environmental review, general plans
• Private sector land planning - master plan communities, urban infill redevelopment
• Entitlements
• Political risk assessment
• Land acquisition and disposition
• Due diligence
• Feasibility analysis
• Redevelopment of environmentally impaired properties
• Strategic planning

Mr. Bartlam is the LPG Principal responsible for our Northern California office and acts as Director of Planning Services, providing oversight and resources for our team and clients in this region.
