Our President, Jennifer A. Lilley, AICP, has brought together a team of professional planners that offer more than twenty years of experience in both the public and private sectors of the Planning Profession. We offer our clients high quality skills and broad experience. The firm is known for our professionalism, attention to detail, and care shown to everyone we work with.

Jennifer has focused the last fifteen years of her career assisting cities with their planning needs, including overseeing and managing contract planning, including enironmental services. She is dedicated to her profession, team members, and clients.
